You have the ability to stop struggling by rewiring the subconscious mind and evolving your consciousness. It starts with a decision.
 
The truth is we can't control other people, circumstances, or situations. However, we can control our thoughts! When we practice meditation, just like our lungs keep breathing and our heart keeps beating, our mind keeps thinking. That's just what minds do!
 
During meditation, we set an intention (aka define ourselves by a vision of the future. "What would I truly love? How do I want to feel?"). We practice noticing when our mind wanders and bringing the mind back to our breath. Each time we do this, we strengthen our ability to notice our thoughts. It's very similar to how when we go to the gym and do bicep curls, we strengthen our biceps. This empowers us to be aware of our thoughts, which is the first step in thinking, feeling, and acting in new ways in order to create new experiences that we want!
 
Knowledge is power, and here's what we all should know: Everyone is free to make their own choices and everyone has the power to create a life you love! To do so, we need to step out of stress, anxiety, confusion, and overwhelm, and gain clarity on what we want. We need to shift out of chronic stress and shift into relaxation. As we slow down, we cultivate the ability to pause before we react and to choose how we respond.

The moment YOU pause and make a different choice, you create new results. YOU get to decide how you respond! YOU get to choose how you think! 
 
FACTS: Your mind will believe what you continuously tell it. Your mind doesn't know the difference between what's real and imagined. 
 
So focus on what you truly want, pay attention to what truly do want, visualize what you truly want, familiarize your nervous system with what you truly want, and believe it's possible!
